TERMS OF USE

Welcome to our website. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between you (“you” or “your”) and PT MEORI (“we,” “our,” or “us”) and govern your access to and use of our website (the “Site”) and related services, including our sale services and any content made available through the Site (collectively, the “Services”). Certain features of the Services may be subject to additional guidelines, terms, or rules posted on the Site in connection with such features. All such additional terms, guidelines, and rules are incorporated by reference into these Terms.
BY ACCESSING OR USING THE SITE, YOU ACCEPT THESE TERMS (ON BEHALF OF YOURSELF OR THE ENTITY YOU REPRESENT) AND YOU REPRESENT AND WARRANT THAT YOU HAVE THE RIGHT, AUTHORITY, AND CAPACITY TO ENTER INTO THESE TERMS. YOU MAY NOT ACCESS OR USE THE SITE IF YOU ARE NOT AT LEAST 18 YEARS OLD. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ANY PART OF THESE TERMS, DO NOT USE THE SITE OR SERVICES.
1. Changes to the Services and to These Terms
We may, at any time and without liability, suspend, modify, or discontinue all or part of the Services (including access to the Site via any third-party links). We may update the content on the Site (including product descriptions and specifications) and reserve the right to remove any content at any time, for any reason, at our sole discretion and without notice. We will have no liability for any change to the Services, or any suspension or termination of your access to the Services.
We may change these Terms at any time by posting the revised Terms on the Site. The “Last Updated” date above indicates when these Terms were last changed. Your continued use of the Services following changes indicates your acknowledgement and agreement to be bound by the revised Terms. Changes will not apply to disputes arising before the date the revised Terms are posted. If you do not agree with the new Terms, you must stop using the Services.

3. Sales & Pricing
If you purchase a product through the Services, the total amount due (the “Purchase Price”) will include the product price, applicable taxes, and any shipping or delivery charges displayed at checkout. We may change prices and promotions at our discretion and without notice. You authorize us (or our third-party payment processors) to charge your selected payment method for the Purchase Price at the time of purchase. All products are provided “AS IS” to the fullest extent permitted by law.

6. Payments
We use third-party payment processors such as Stripe and PayPal to process payments. Your payment information is handled by those processors according to their own privacy policies and security standards. We do not control and are not responsible for their practices. 7. Ownership; Intellectual Property
The Site, the Services, and all materials displayed or performed through them—including text, graphics, photographs, images, video, audio, designs, logos, and other content (collectively, “Content”)—are owned by or licensed to PT MEORI and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except as expressly permitted in these Terms, any use, copying, reproduction, modification, distribution, display, transmission, or exploitation of the Content is prohibited. No rights are granted to you other than as expressly set forth in these Terms.
8. License and Site Use
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to: (a) copy or scrape any part of the Site; (b) reverse engineer or attempt to derive the source code of any portion of the Services; (c) use the Site in violation of any law or third-party right; or (d) use the Site for any commercial purpose without our prior written consent. We may terminate or suspend your access at any time, with or without notice.
9. User Submissions (Reviews, Comments, Media)
We may allow users to post content such as reviews, photos, comments, questions, or other materials (“User Submissions”). You are solely responsible for your User Submissions and you represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to post them. By submitting User Submissions, you grant PT MEORI a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable, perpetual license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, publicly perform, and publicly display such User Submissions in connection with the Services and our business, in any media formats and through any media channels. We may remove any User Submissions at any time, for any reason or no reason.
You agree not to submit content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, obscene, harassing, hateful, deceptive, or that contains malware or other harmful code, or that otherwise violates these Terms.
10. Third-Party Services, Links, and Tools
The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services and may integrate third-party tools (e.g., payment processors). Such websites, services, or tools are not under our control, and we are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Your use of third-party websites, services, or tools is at your own risk and may be subject to additional terms and privacy policies.
11. Communications
We may send you transactional communications related to your orders (e.g., order confirmations, shipping updates) via email (and, if you provide a phone number and choose to receive such messages, via SMS or messaging apps). Standard messaging/data rates may apply. You can opt out of non-essential communications by following the instructions in the message or contacting us. Transactional messages related to your purchases may still be sent where permitted by law.
12. Intended Audience; Age Requirement
The Services are intended for adults. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your place of residence) to use the Site.
13. Compliance with Laws
You agree to use the Services only in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations and to provide information that is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge.
14. Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your information and the integrity of the Services. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You use the Services at your own risk.
15. Availability; Delays
The Services may be temporarily unavailable or may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies. Maintenance, equipment malfunctions, or other reasons may cause interruptions. We are not liable for such interruptions or for inaccuracies in the Services.
16. International Users; Mandatory Consumer Rights
We are based in Bali, Indonesia, and we sell internationally, including to customers in the EU, UK, US, Canada, Japan, and Australia. Some or all features of the Services may not be available or appropriate in every country. You are responsible for complying with local laws where you access the Services.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit any mandatory statutory rights you have under applicable consumer protection laws (for example, in the EU, UK, Australia, or other jurisdictions). To the extent of any conflict between these Terms and such mandatory rights, your mandatory statutory rights prevail.
17. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless PT MEORI, its affiliates, and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your breach of these Terms; (b) your misuse of the Services; or (c) your User Submissions.
18. Disclaimers
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SITE, SERVICES, PRODUCTS, CONTENT, AND ANY THIRD-PARTY MATERIALS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, and any warranties arising out of course of dealing or usage of trade. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
If your jurisdiction does not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, some of the above exclusions may not apply to you and you may have additional rights.
19. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, in no event will PT MEORI be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of (or inability to use) the Services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the product giving rise to the claim in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the liability.
If applicable law does not allow the limitation or exclusion of liability as set forth above, our liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
20. Governing Law; Jurisdiction
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Courts located in Bali, Indonesia (unless another forum is required by mandatory consumer law) shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any such dispute or claim.
Consumer Notice: Where mandatory consumer laws in your country of residence require a different governing law or forum, those mandatory rules will apply.
21. Copyright Notices and Agent
If you believe in good faith that materials on the Site infringe your copyright, please contact us with the following: (a) identification of the work claimed to be infringed; (b) identification of the material claimed to be infringing and its location; (c) your contact information; (d) a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized; and (e) a statement that the information is accurate and, if applicable, that you are the owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.

22. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permissible, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
23. Assignment
You may not assign or transfer these Terms or any rights or obligations hereunder without our prior written consent. We may assign or transfer these Terms without restriction.
24. Waiver
No waiver of any term will be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term. Any waiver must be in writing and signed by an authorized representative of PT MEORI.
25. Force Majeure
We will not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to events beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, strikes, labor disputes, war, terrorism, civil unrest, epidemics, government actions, power or internet failures, or failures of third-party service providers.
26. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies or guidelines posted on the Site, constitute the entire agreement between you and PT MEORI regarding the Services and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral, or written, regarding the Services.
